Youth Worker / Leader

Location: Desborough Youth Action Group

Hours: 16-18hrs per week (summer period) / 6hrs per week (Sept08–April 09

Salary: £3,200

Desborough Youth Action Group are looking for an enthusiastic leader to work in their Skate Park, you will organise events and keep the skate park in order, which includes upholding a code of conduct within the park.
Ideally you will have experience of working with young people aged 8-19years old and also of managing volunteers and developing successful youth activity programmes.
Ideally you will be flexible to work both evenings and weekends and school holidays.
